Comments:
I have worked for DoD for years as a soldier and as a civilian. I am angry that these proposals seem to treat the employees who help defend our country as the enemy. In DOD there are so much NEPOTISM that it will not be fair to all employee a family members will benefit more with the NSPS system then other employees in the organization. The NSPS system will be discriminating to some employee. DoD employees work hard and are committed mistreating the employee will hurt the agency. NSPS should be for the new employee just coming into the government not for everyone, why mess with the older employees that are close to retirement and that have been with the government for so long. This system do not have anything to do with homeland security.
