I am 100% agaist the new National Security Personnel System. The current system is not broke, so why are you trying to fix it. As always, any new system will work against the current and future government employee. This system will make it difficult to recruite and maintain new employees. I have over twenty years of Federal/DOD government service. At one time, I would have recommended (Federal Service/work) to my children as a career, but NOT WITH THE NEW proposed system. Why are you trying to reduce our pay?????? Stop the new system, we don't want it. Just think of the millions of dollars you have spent on something we do not want!
