You state that static job standards make it difficult for managers to adjust performance requirements and expectations. This is untrue. Performance requirements and expectations are not defined in job standards, they are defined in performance objectives, which are established yearly, reviewed at least every 6 months and can be modified more often, up to 120 days before the end of the rating period. This statement is false and misleading.
