Comments:

I am deeply offended by comments made in The Case for Action section of the NSPS Proposed Rule. First, the civilian work force is largely composed of prior service personnel and we are totally dedicated to support our troops wherever they are deployed, do not hesitate to work additional hours and volunteer to support active service personnel in hazardous areas. There are checks and balances in place to ensure that the work is done equitably and timely. The current pay system is not predicated to an accounting system that rewards management for coming in under budget and does not encourage cliques with their 'predisposed advantages'. The Outreach section was not properly utilized by cutting short comments made by union representatives and closing shop when statements where made that did not conform to your agenda. What this proposed rule will do is set the workforce back 50-100 years and take away our hard earned rights with no recourse. In general, the impression I have with this proposal is that of the "Do As I Say, Not As I Do" outlook on life that some have been using for generations. I will exercise my rights to contact my Congressmen and Senators and will encourage others to do likewise.
