UNION BUSTING! Lets call it what it is. Improving the system for who?? After working for the DOD for over 18years it just gets funnier every day. Improvements? No pd's Pay Banding,civilian deployments,no seniority,pay for performance(performance sucking up to the boss)no collective bargaining,no appeal rights except inhouse kangroo courts that can be overruled by the secretary anyway(catch 22) The main thing that I have resented all these years is not my job,pay,benefits. But that fact that the weak and never trained managers of the technician system have always treated us like we were stupid,maybe but NOBODY stupid enough to buy this system as a improved personel system. Unless it's management because now they will have to even less than they do now,making no decisions just barking out orders with no recourse from the people who keep the DOD running the TECHNICIANS
