Comments:
The DoD is very rank sensitive and when I send someone TDY they always ask for a rank at sign in or when they deal with foreign nationals they want to know what your position is equal too. Since the GS11/12/13 etc is going away what if any will replace those titles? There is a possibility that a supervisor might make less than someone he supervises. What is being done about that? How big will a pay pool be on average?
