PERSONAL CELL PHONE USE IS PRESENTLY BANNED FROM HIGH SECURITY FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS. SOMETIME IN 2004 (?) I READ IN THE ARMY TIMES THAT PERSONAL CELL PHONE USE WOULD BE BANNED IN ALL FEDERAL BUILDINGS / STRUCTURES. WHAT IS THE PROBABLE TIME PERIOD THEY WILL BE NO LONGER PERMITTED IN OUR FEDERALLY OWNED AND OPERATED UTILITY POWER AND HEAT PLANT. IT IS BETTER AS A SUPERVISOR TO BE ABLE TO EASLIY EXPLAIN BY NOTICES THAT THE CHANGE IS COMING, RATHER THEN ONE DAY GET NOTICE AND IT IS STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. THERE ARE FEW INDIVIDUALS USING PERSONAL CELLS AT THIS TIME WHICH THEY HAVE BEE ADVISED AGAINST DOING SO. THERE ARE MANY PLANT PHONES AVAILABLE. BUT FOR HOME LAND SECURTIY PURPOSES, WHAT IS A PROJECTED TIME.
