I am opposed to this change for the following reasons: 1st and foremost.. We're not fixing anything that is BROKE. 2nd In a mixed Civilian/Military Environment a civilian may encounter a personality conflict with a military supervisor that usually changes duty assignments every 2 years and have to suffer the wrath of the military supervisor (and worse yet, his military supervisor that supports his/her officers/NCOs!) I know this to be true, because I have been a victim of this nonsense. Fortunately for me, I didn't get fired or drastically reduced in pay. But personalities will clash, and training can't prevent that from happening.
