Wonder how the people who are trying to override the system would like it if their jobs were terminated on a whim. The American taxpayers have been and are taxed to death because so many committees have been established to do whatever, only to find out the "old" way is the "best" way. As far as I'm concerned Donald Rumsfield has too much power as it is. He should not be trusted -- not even to run our military. He enjoys his mega-salary, so why should he care about anyone else --- even our troops overseas. All he's interested in is making himself look good and climb higher up the corporate ladder while the average American taxpayer and military person pay the price for it. He needs to get down in the "trenches" and find out what life is really about. Then he might change his mind about accusation without representation and having his hard earned money taken away from him.
