I have viewed comments in a random manner and read none that were supportive of the new system. Perhaps someone on your staff that is reading the comments could sort them into categories of positive, negative, and neutral to assist those looking to find a positive comment. The current system has many ways to reward high performing workers. Perhaps the current system needs to be repackaged and marketed to managers in same manner as NSPS is being sent out to DOD employees. Personally, I believe the proposal is not in the best interest of the Federal Government and the Department of Defense. So please, if you are counting, put my comments in the negative column.
