Stop employment of the new system untill all the issue below have been openly, clearly, completely and fairly defined and negotiated. This is a rush effort that will only produce negative results for the American tax payers and dedicated government employees. -Reduced pay fand benefits for all federal workers -Civil service protections. -Meaningful collective bargaining. -Seniority rules on layoffs and reductions-in-force. -Management authorities regarding decisions as to who gets raises based on subjective criteria and change work hours and civilian deployments at will. -Cancellation of any existing collective bargaining agreements.
