Myth vs Fact: Supervisor's performance appraisal Under this myth vs fact it is stated that supervisors will be held accountable, will be extensively trained. "They will also be subject to the pay and performance provisions of the system, and THEIR PAY will be affected by how well they perform their duties as supervisors and managers." Well I'm sorry,,,,,,,,,,,my current supervisor (and his supervisor) is MILITARY. I don't see their PAY affected by how well they perform their supervisory and management abilities in NSPS.
