Comments:
I have reviewed the sections on pay, bonus', and the flexibility to increase or decrease a salery. This sounds good in theory but the money is not there. The MEDDAC here at Fort Leonard Wood cannot pay us overtime(differential pay) as it is, and force us to take comp time. I see the potential for DOD units to decrease saleries accross the board or selectively to save money, and abandon the great ideals that were proposed with this program. I would rather stay with the current salery structure.Thank you.
