Comments:
Do not include pay banding as part of NSPS, this will lead to even more ineffectivness than we have right now. The manegment for my branch at the facility that I work at has very little people skills and will not be fair with pay raises. The cost of living raises in January is the only raise that I get and it keeps my pay competitive.
