Comments:
By not giving DOD NSPS employees the same cost of living increase that civil service employees get you are in fact punishing DOD employees. I feel that we are more productive than employees of other federal branches and object to this. Secondly, you are making recruiting even more difficult. We have an aging workforce, it is already hard to recruit new employees as the salaries are not great and now we do not enjoy the job security of the past, do you really want to make recruitiment even more difficult? And lastly, I know that civil servants in the MDW area tend to stink, but out here at the installations we have a professional group of hard working employees who are making the GWOT happen. Don't punish us with NSPS just because you can't figure out how to fire some incompetent employee at the Pentagon.
