It is my opinion although we are not wqorking with a fool proof system, the establishment of this new system you are imposing would bring about undue stress upon the work force. It has been said that if something is not broke than don't try to fix it. The current system is not broken it just need some minor repairs. I do not think that my future employment should be placed in the hands of a boss who do not care must for me as a person even though I might be the best employee he has. What we need to work on is taking the power away from the good ole boy not give them more power. I say lets leave the system along that is in place and work the bugs out of it.
