Comments:
In the work place where someone believes that your hired to do the job and believes having a job alone in itself is rewarding, Not every supervisor believes in rewarding. If you do not see eye to eye with your supervisor than the damage has already been done and the employee has already that agianst themselves. I do not believe that this is the best way I have a feeling that lots of people share that one point.
