Section 9901.343 This section would allow DOD to reduce the basic pay of an employee whose performance or conduct are unacceptable by up to 10 percent. This extreme in my opinion. Suggestion: Basic pay should not be reduced by more than 2%. Suggestion: This Rule is very vague. I suggest that it should be rescinded and rewritten with more details.
