Comments:
Simply stated, I agree with the three form letters already submitted by thousands regarding the proposed regulations known as the National Security Personnel System. Rewarding based on favoritism rather than performance is not acceptable business practice. Employee pay, retirements and appeals process is a great concern under the proposed regulations. I sincerely hope this does not pass.
