Section 9901.212 Pay schedules and pay bands. How can I be assured of being fairly compensated for my skills if I am not allowed to have my union representative bargain this for me? I feel that by taking the bargaining out of the process the DoD is doing the American worker wrong! I elected my bargaining unit to look after my interests, I would not of voted for them if I had no faith in them. Furthermore, I do have the opportunity to voice my opinion and the people who speak for me are like me with the same understanding of working 8 hours for 8 hours of reasonable pay. By not clarifying in the register what will happen to my pay, DoD is "playing" with my financial future. I wonder how many people would like to go to work for a company only to have the managers say "oh by the way, we will be changing your pay".
