For those who have endured the "Pay Demo" project you have viewed first hand what will happen with NSPS!! The deck was stacked from the beginning, management was afraid to offend those who produced little therefore, everyone got the same. Golfers stuck together and gave the smokers very little. Smokers were offened by the joggers so they got very little. Now we all do as little as possible because there is no incentive to do better!!
