NSPS is a flawed system and does not address DoD's long range needs at all. System as it proposed is not going to address management abuse or objective performance appraisals. The pets will be taken care of, the system is no different there. The difference is the whistle blowers and those here trying to change a system HR personnel have admitted for the two decades is rooted in Korean War era NSPS does not provide basic protections from abuse and dead on arrival. Instead of making it easier to hire and fire those management and co-worker's do not rocking status quo and the good ole club.
