In consideration of the various sections I'm submitting the following regarding NSPS: * With NSPS I'll be unsure of my pay and future * Disagree with involuntary deployment of civilians * Workforce will be generalized with pay banding - encourages employee competition and lack of trust instead of cooperation * No incentive for company loyalty which could affect the quality of our products in support of the soldiers * Our budgets are always tight - there'll be little, if any award money. * We'll have expanded duties with less pay * Award moneis do not go towards retirement. * New employees will not be able to build a sound future. Skilled and talented people will go elsewhere. * Talented people that are overlooked because they're not favored for one reason or another will leave the Federal workforce. * People will not share their knowledge; skills and vital information will not be passed on. * There will be increased tension and friction in the workplace which may create a hostile work environment. * This type of thinking is not what made America strong. If we pit people against each other it will only weaken us. If we cannot envision a productive future for ourselves and our families it will deteriorate the core of our country. We cannot continue to beat down the working class in the name of progress.
