Lets put a Pay Band on our Legislature and see how they like it when they receive no pay raise for a couple of years, or due to a shortage of funds, or let DOD employees (according to Legislature performance), Vote on their next pay raise. It is truley does something to a solider's moral when we can be called to war at any time and now you start screwing with his/her civilian pay.
