Comments:
The proposal is totally lacking in any specifics I expect to see, such as about pay banding and existing pay demos on which NSPS will be based. Therefore its is impossible to make any evaluation at all of NSPS with the info provided. Only very broad generalities are stated, but it is the details which are needed to make any judgement or comment about NSPS. Its also stated that many focus groups, union involvement, etc were involved in NSPS formulation to date, but again no specifics are given. Who, when, where ??? No one knows anyone who had input! My Union didnt !!! The proposed pay system cannot be considered as constructed credibly because there are never any specifics given. It seems it is being forced on the workforce with haste and generalities to purposely obfuscate and prevent proper evaluation before its implementation.
