I don't believe this new system will work fairly to all DOD personel, Due the fact "too many good old boy's" being andvanced instead of the people that actualy do the work. Management needs to be looked at frist! As management has their favorite's (not all)and to leave it up to management to decide who will advance, your going to loose alot of hard working people.Then your going to be stuck with the one's that just show up for a pay check! With out the UNION management will think their GOD and decide who will stay or go. There's a correct way and wrong way to weed out the no loads and the UNION is here to help management keep their feet on the ground and their heads out of the clouds. Just remember "All gave some and some gave all" for our country.
