Comments:
The NSPS system is giving to much power to individuals regarding our careers, job, performance, and everything. A bad situation for government employees, and to say the least when your supervisor is a military and does not care about civilians and think that we do not work anyway. We are already underpaid and treated unfairly. This is taking us back not forward and your will surely loss good government persons, it's going back to the good ole boy days more than it is now. It looks like this system is robbing Peter to pay Paul, and working longer and harder with less personnel. TOO Much control to supervisors, and taking away the rights of the union. Cannot challenge a rating so you just accept what is done. Not good. I think so of this stuff is against the fair labor laws. I do not support this change not the way it's presented so far.
