New Performance Pay Related Rating System A performance pay related rating will be harmful to 99.9 percent of federal workers. Mosr often when one receives a low performance today, it is not work related. stated another way...99.9 percent of people that receive low performance is based on repriesal. Supervisor, both civilian and military use their position as a means to punish one because of unrelated work performance issues. While performing colatrial EEO work, I found that all (100%) of low performance rating was reprisals in nature. There is no one to seek for help when a rater is clever and uses his rater position to harm one that he/she dislike for whatever reason. Do a survey for yourself and you will see-understand
