NSPS is nothing more than a giant wagon load of BUREAUCRATIC HORSE CRAP which is being driven by the Pied Piper and headed straight for the river with thousands of civil service employees in tow. If you don't shape up, smarten up, get educated, and perform the way NSPS dictates, you'll essentially be phased out of service. The old system wasn't completely broken by any means, just needed some minor repairs at the Supervisory level of the program, however, rather than spend a few thousand dollars on a simple repair, Uncle Sam decided to spend millions on a complete overhaul. Just another example of how the tax paying americans get taken to the cleaners. (I'm certain that somebody got FILTHY RICH off that scheme) and really folks; do you think our comments here are going to make a difference? Not in the least. It's gonna be their way or the highway. So much for the pledge on the Statue of Liberty where we ask for all of the worlds tired, poor and down trodden. My personal opinion, on this subject, could fill several pages, but I will limit my comments to just two more historical events, both of which had drastic and devastating consequences on certain groups of people. "Andersonville and Auschwitz". When NSPS has been fully implemented, "DEMOCRACY" in the workplace will have been vanquished, as we know it, and the governmental "DICTATORSHIP" will have just begun. Think About It!!!
