9901.351-406 Supervisors provide expectations and can change them when they want. The categories are vague and ill-defined. They can cut pay if they dont like something. The guy who wins may well be the one who id friends with or sucks up to the boss. I can see problems with some asking sexual favors. Unions will be weakened and there will be less protection for the worker. Go along with the boss or he will find a way to make your life miserable.
