Comments:
I have reviewed the proposed NSPS legislation. It is against the will of the people that this program is being implemented. It is failing in Psychology 101, and it is against modern management theories. NSPS is designed to discourage workers' participation, team work, mutual trust and respect. It will discourage quality people to join the Government, because working under such a suppressed conditions will be undesirable. It is from bad to worst! It is going to weaken the team spirits and care of people and organization.
