9901.409 The only recourse to an unfair rating is an internal process, not a negotiated process. This is asking for trouble. Your worker asks redress from higher managers who put you in the job. Ive seen how that works. A good-old-boy system. Managers stick up for their own. A negotiated grievance is expensive and slow, but at least the threat of one helps keep management somewhat honest. Even with a good rating, the boss decides how many shares to give, so even if you win, you loose. There is no accountability or redress. The boss giveth and the boss taketh away. Blessed be the name of the boss.
