This new system is a great way to encourage managers to play favorites (moreso than they do already), encourage employees to brown-nose (moreso than some do already), and ecourage employees to support their boss when their boss makes an unethical decision (for fear of the day when the boss gets to "decide your pay"). All of this works up and down the chain of command. Congratulations on taking the time to develop a system which is illogical and promotes unethical behavior at all levels. I am AGAINST the NSPS.
