This NSPS is a travrsty to the Federal Work Force. As a 19 year Federal Employee I cannot believe the things I have read concerning this one sided system thought up for what purpose but to create an unrealistic workplace under the guise of Homeland Security. You are supposed to be making a safer place for the American Public while setting up the very heart of the defense role the Federal Employee. I have never once wavered in my support of the United States and now my United States is taking away my rights to be who I am. I have seen the push for educated younger people to take up where we Baby Boomers leave off and I shudder to think these are what will be in charge of our Country. I have seen a tremendous amount of waste in the garnering of this end. Schools are paid for and classes attended and class assignments have all been done during work hours and encouraged by Management. The brunt of the work is done by your uneducated Baby Boomers while these young people are rewarded with the promotions and guarantee of a job while the older workers are put on the street without benifits. The work ethic of some of these wonder children leaves alot to be desired and will never fill the shoes of a Federal Worker that came up thru the ranks and is content with his pay. For the most part these replacements will leave, once they figure out they have reached there maximum and will be there for the next 30 years. And who is to do the work when the workers are all run off. The management is far from being trained to be objective and in the management arena you have too many bad apples to open the pandora's box this system will unleash. I say shame on you for even entertaining the thought of implementing such a one sided ridiculous system. This is the most blatent show of discrimination I have ever witnessed.
