Comments:
The NSPS will return to the "Good Ole Boy System" or "Good Ole Girl System". The promotion, and pay raises will fall on the single supervisor who will play favorites because of friendships or other close relationships with whom the supervisor and subordinates may party with or drink with or get together with. The NSPS system will not result in promotions or pay raises based on performance or merit. The NSPS will will create chaos and employees will have to file numerous law suits against the government due to increased discrimination because of the favortism the NSPS will create.
