New to Federal Service, not familiar enough to make an educated comment. Seems all are very upset with the proposed plans, a few indifferent to anything changing the fact it will happen regardless of how you fight it. If all the workers are not happy with the new system, it should be bargained more until the majority of people are happy on both sides. I am nervous of the outcome if even half of what the frighten say are true
