It is unmerciful what you are trying to do to people who gave years of service to the government. Now you are forcing them out of a job and most of these people need them. Who want to work hard for pennies and get no respect. Understand we work because we need to work and if you take our raises from us it will destroy what we have worked so hard for. Please reconsider what you are doing.
