Comments:
The changes to work rules in DoD is unfair. I have worked DoD for years and believe that the current system should remain unchanged. The annual pay raises under the NSPS are unclear. I do not like the pay for performance depending almost completely on the personnal judgement of his or her manager. I am upset by the whole NSPS. It changes the way we are evluated, promoted, fired, scheduled, and treated. Under the NSPS, employees should not be assigned to anywhere in the world including war zones. I signed up for a civilian job. Leave the current system alone.
