Dear Sirs: I find it most uncomfortable to hand over so much power to one individual. It would not be a problem if I know this person was a fair and just person. What happens if we end up with a person who does not believe and/or respect my civil rights as a person and/or employee? That is too much power to be given to one person with no accountability. Thank you
