II feel like we are being "led" into the NSPS program as we were led into Iraq not telling us all of the facts, presenting only what Pres. Bush wants us to believe. I started reading the Federal Register with the proposed bill - it left a rather "questionable" feeling as to clear intent and purpose with a "we shall see attitude" Is there a way to evaluate managers - a long needed and necessary action which I have not seen for many years now. The worse thing is I feel that people such as Pres. Bush and D. Rumsfeld will be "our" resource manager - but worse, what is their real purpose??
