Comments:
I do not agree with the new set of rules proposed by the defense department that will ultimately abolish the protections of the civil service system.This will affect me in many ways. For instance pay increases will be based on performance evaluations and no longer seniority,performance evaluations can be changed by a secondary authority and written evaluations will be gone.Which means my salary will be based on an evaluation that has never been documented.Please reconsider your decision many working professionals would be affected in a negative way.
