We can't let supervisors take away from one job (making it less), add it to another job, then upgrade the job that duties were added too!.If everyone wantes to be promoted (and we all do) then it should be done fair and square! Hopefully, this system will 'weed out' the sneaky and infair tactics such as this, of which there are many! We ahould be elegible for more army type benifits, too..(united concordia, etc...)
