I believe the NSPS is a slap in the face to every employee at, Cheif Joesph Dam, where I work. I am a dedicated hard worker. I served as a civilain employee in Iraq this last summer. I did this because I believe in the Corps and the mission there. I sincerely hope that there can be some major changes in this system. You people may know some government employees that need to lose their job due to there performance. I do not. Where I work everyone that I come in contact with is a knowledgeable and hard worker. This new system will in my estimation reward the cronies and demoralize the majority of the DOD work force.
