I'm sorry I don't have a specific section To comment on. I don't like the whole nsps concept. The current system has surved its purpose just fine for the 39 years I have been asociated with the DOD. This is nothing more than an attempt to undermind employee rights and deprive them of the wages and benifets that are fore fathers have fought for. We should be trying to make life better for our children and future generations. This doesn't look like a better life for future workers. The thing that bothers me the most is how come you want comments as far as I know this startes to go into effect in July. This is just another sign that managers could care less about workers. They only care about there own greed and power.
