As I interpret the new NSPS system, seniority, I.E. Time-In-Grade, won't necessarily be a consideration during Rif situations.......In my opinion that is just another way to put the screws to the working man, and in my case as in many other government employees, I put 10 years defending the very government that's trying to screw us now. Evidentally experience isn't an important issue anymore........I am 100% AGAINST the NSPS system.
