The entire concept of Pay Banding is flawed. The system iteself violates human rights! As I understand it, there are no checks to ensure management aren't prejudace or biased. The management can hire or not hire whomever thay wish without justafying anything to anyone. Furthermore, management can choise not to give a pay raise to an employee or a group of employees without answering to anyone about it, ever. I beg you to reconsider the descision to employ the concept of pay banding.
