Comments:
This system will only make the govrnment less efficient than it already is. This system will reward favoritism and "yes men and woman". government employees will now be afraid to express new ideas, correct bad or unfair practices or in anyway dis agree with their superiors for fear of losing their jobs, being deployed to "get them out of the way" or force them to resign because they can't deployee for family or personal reasons, or losing their pay raise. Should i just start washing my bosses car now or playing the sport that he favors and of course let him win so that i get he raises in which I now deserve? I already don't want to put my name on this in case NSPS gets passed, my name would beo a list That could damage my career. It already has the effects I previously mentioned in this comment.
