Sirs. I have very dim view of any future pay increases based on my performance appraisel because of the fact that what if during the year I may screw up just once and make my supervisor angry at me and he or she reflects that anger in my performance appraisel and gives me a poor score then that would mean that I would not receive a pay raise that year because I made my supervisor mad l think pay raises should be left alone rather than putting pay raises in the bosses hands b ecause that can lead to a lot of kissing the boss where the sun does not shine just to get a pay raise the next year we have enough of teachers pets in the work place we do not need to create any more of them. I do not like the idea of having my pay grade taking away from me to go to another system I have worked very hard these last 25 and one half years to get to this pay grade and the idea that you and congress can take that away from me an others like just like that is both unjust and unfair to those of us who have dedicated our lives to serving the brave men and women of our armed forces, to be led to slaughter so to speak of our pay that we have all worked so hard to acheive in our work thank you members of Congress you have really stirred up the concious voting minds of Dedicated DOD employees that will make sure that you are giving your just rewards next year in the congressional elections when you are voted out of office you can reflect on this regressive peice of legislation..
