This new system is totally outrageous. It gives too much power to a small minority of people. Collective bargaining is out the door, and pay for performance sounds wonderful, but we know that does not happen all the time. I am very distrustful of the this proposal and will definitely contact my senator and state representatives, maybe , we need to shake up the House and Senate.
