Comments:
The current system would work if everyone did what they were supposed to. All you are doing by changing the system is moving the problem, not solving it. And using this opportunity to take away civilian workers rights and freedoms. You should have been enforcing and monitoring the current system for it's corruptions and fixing those. You will still have the corruptions with this new system but now we will not be able to fight the injustices put upon us.
